When reserving in advance, a prepayment of 50% to our Bank Account is required and the payment of balance must be covered upon arrival.
In case of cancellation of reservation in writing three weeks before arrival date, advance deposit will be credited. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.

How to get to the apartment

In case you are travelling by car, the apartment can easily be reached via the autobahn (Südosttangente and A2 as well as A4). From the airport, it takes you only 30 minutes if you travel by the CAT (City Airport Train). The CAT stops after 16 minutes at the station Wien Mitte/Landstraße (departure every 30 minutes from 06.05am to 12.35 pm, fare: one way € 10.-, plus return € 18.-). From Landstraße you change to the tram route 0 (direction Südbahnhof ), which directly takes you to Kölblgasse after 4 tram-stations.

Another possibility for travellers coming from the airport offers the high-speed railway line 7, which takes you directly to the station Rennweg (departure from airport every 30 minutes). From there, you also change to the tram route 0 and reach the Kölblgasse after one stop only. This public transport- route is cheaper, but it takes you some more time than the travelling by the CAT.
